East 148th Avenue MAX Station

1 star is as low as it gets! IF «if» the train is on time it waits for a max of 5 – 10 sec. Almost as if the driver sees you and chooses to close the door for a sick thrill. Once again a city with a me attitude! Recently was in Los Angeles, for a city that just is building trains the efficiency beats Portland 10 to 1! I now see why of the four major west coast cities Portland is mentioned last if not forgotten! So shave your beards men and ladies try a hair color that actually looks good after a slim fast or course!

The East 148^th Avenue MAX Station is subpar among blue line stops. It is not right next to a convenience store for one. Also, remember that only one line goes here, thus limiting options. Still, there is plenty of seating and some shade. However, that convenience store can be found on E 148^th & Stark.
I went here from the bus to add a bit of steps to my Fitbit exercise tracker. The nice thing here is that you can easily see the train from a distance, thus satisfying some curiosity about when it will arrive. The right of way along Burnside is very much praiseworthy. This does crowd a bit and the heat can sometimes be felt.
East 148^th Avenue MAX Station is up to the job.
