I did not know what I was missing until I had to switch dentists because of a move. We are back in the area and under Dr. Ross’ care. I have a wisdom teeth extraction scheduled and am actually looking forward to it as Dr. Ross did such an excellent job of explaining how the procedure would work to ease my mind. Dr. Jeff Ross & his staff provided great dental service. Dr. Ross provided thorough explanations of procedures performed and advice for preventive dental care. I also had my teeth cleaned which was well done and performed by an informative and friendly dental hygienist. I had the best experience possible, because let’s be honest, it’s still going to the dentist.

So I needed my wisdom teeth out and have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist especially for a big ticket item requiring sedation.
Dr. Ross and his staff are very friendly and calm, Dr. Ross took the time to ensure that I understood exactly what was going to happen and what my options were. Judy at the front desk made sure that my insurance and payment options were all taken care of as well.
Here’s the bottom line… I went in the day of surgery, I took some meds, got sleepy, sat in the chair and that’s all I remember. No pain, no anxiety, it was taken care of and I woke up unaware it even happened.
My aftercare was simple and I was coached on how to properly care for myself during the healing process.

Dr. Ross and the DreamSmiles staff are the best of the best. Like many people, I have an intense fear of dentistry from multiple bad experiences with other dentists over the years. Dr. Ross’ thorough, patient, and kind explanations of everything was very helpful; but he took it a step further and empathized with me, sharing anecdotes from his extensive medical background that allayed my fears. The staff is very professional and courteous, and made me feel like a VIP with every interaction. And now, my teeth are in the best shape they have ever been (pun intended). :) I can honestly say, the quality of care I received at DreamSmiles was priceless! I would highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone of my closest friends or family!

AVOID!!! RIPOFF!!! Made the mistake of buying a deal through LivingSocial for me and my wife, both had terrible experiences, I ended up on advil for three days after a CLEANING! Both of us were seen more than 45 minutes late (on different days). Dr. Ross did not complete my appointment, scheduled another to finish, which I canceled, then sent me a bill for $ 100. I sent a registered letter asking for an explanation, and only received another bill.
