Ben came out to estimate my moss removal and gutter repair but I never received an estimate and I looked in my junk emails and trash – no email. I then called and left a msg. but no reply. Strange as he was recommended and our meeting went well. The bummer is last night the gutter pulled completely off the side of the house causing further damage.

Recently spent some time with my mother in Portland. She was having some issues with her gutters clogging and water flowing over onto her porch whenever it rained. I got on the roof and found the gutters were just chock full of old leaves and garbage. Called Ben with Dr. Downspout, he answered promptly and was a pleasure to speak with over the phone. He set an appointment same day and came out to the house at the agreed upon time. Ben was very thorough and cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts until they were completely spotless, he even re attached a downspout that had come loose. The price he quoted was much less than his competitors that I called. It was nice to work with a true professional and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of gutter cleaning services. A+++

Ben was awesome — showed up on time, took good care to clean and repair the gutters, and even fixed a few loose board up under the eves while he was there. He cleaned up all the muck he got out of the gutters and cleared a bunch of clogged downspouts and gave us some insights on what we might want to do in the future (since we bought the home recently). Good guy too. I’ll happily use him again when we need it.
