i have used them a couple of times in a bind, & hav found that each time a courteous person, not a machine, kindly answered my crys for help, sending me their nearest technician, & in less than 30 minutes both times too. The very promt lock tech, who came all the way out to Hillsboro at 1:30a.m. seemed quite amiable, professional, polite, as well as showing quite a bit of knowledge & skill about his trade. Apparently my house key fell off the ring while walking my dog that night, but within about another 15 minutes, & some of Steven’s amazing talent, my lock was picked, & i was off to bed. i really wish i tipped Steve a little bit more, since it started to pour 5 minutes after he pulled away, which then occurred to me that he had to drive home in it. THANKSAGAIN guy’s, i hope this helps. it really was my pleasure. each time i learned something i had never known before, as well as their prices being reasonable both of the times too.
