Domino’s Pizza

Wanna say a few words here.
Last weekend we had kind of get together thing and I wasn’t ready for it. The voice here said pizza… So after we order online and ask it to be in 6 pm so everyone will be here.
They arrive at 5:58 !!!
I was amazed that the pizza hot and the order is perfect and I like to thank the guys here for doing it!

pizza great! Wngs a bit to sloppy but great flavor and thedelivery was speedy and hot. And the young lady that delivered out food was super!!!

This location runs a penny scam. Owner makes his staff round up cost of your order. Managers train staff to rip off each and ever customer one penny at a time.

Didnt bring hot peppers or cheese and knocked on wrong door. woke my neighbor up. I gave very specific instructions so it would not happen… pizza was ok

I’ve lived in Mill Park for 12 years and have gone to this Dominos since I moved to the neighborhood. There have been a time here and there that something was wrong but all in all this has been a great place for pizza as far as chain companies go. I always carry out as I live around the corner and usually run an errand or two on my way to pick up. Over the past few years they have installed solar panels and rain gardens on the building so they are also trying to be eco friendly.

ordered online, pizza was burnt and forgot side sauce for my stuffed bread. maybe I expect too much of chain food but this pizza sucked.

I usually only order from the Dominos location in Gresham, but since I was stuck at work I ordered from this location. I placed my order online and received it about an hour later due to the snow & ice, so that was fine. I got the chicken alfredo pasta and a sandwich which were both delicious. The driver was also very friendly. I will probably be ordering from here more often.

fuck this chain. six dollars for a handful of little quarter-​sized nuggets? still can’t get the sauce and cheese onto every slice? and i woke up at two in the morning with vomiting and diarrhea… just unbelievable

I don’t know why this place has that one bad review. I’ve ordered from here a few times this month (we’ve been lazy in the cooking dept.), and I’ve had no prob with them. In fact, I have never had a pizza place crank out pizzas so fast! I use the online ordering to place my standard order for the 5.99 medium 2 topping pizzas. It always seems that by the time we gather the cash, and get our shoes on, I check the «pizza tracker» and it is ready for pickup. The only weird blip? Once, upon picking up our pizzas, we asked for those little pepper and parmesan packets, and we were informed by an employee that «they’ve never had parmesan packets in all [her] years of working there», with a little bit or ‘tude. Okay… so not at this one? Or is it just a Cali thing? I dunno.
We’ve also had pizza delivered, and it was really speedy (they scared me). Because that’s how fast it was; they shouldn’t have arrived that fast unless they had like, Harry Potter on delivery. *Hmm…that was a bit nerdy and random… sorry, re-​watched H.P. and the Sorcerer’s Stone today…
So, ya, I saw the previous review, took a chance, and it was all good. Good pizza, fast service, pretty easy parking at the location. I’m calling the coast to be all clear on this one.

We ordered two pizzas from here, our neighborhood Dominos we’ve eaten from several times. One pizza was totally wrong, sausage on a vegetarians pizza. We checked the receipt and it showed the order as we placed it so we called to notify them. The person answering was very rude and hung up on us, we called back and some poorly-​spoken young girl with a husky voice said she was the manager. After 15-​minutes of complaining she finally agreed to deliver a remade pizza to us… really, it was YOUR mistake! After TWO HOURS some kid shows up with the new pizza but he acted very nervous and strange, but we gave him a tip and he left. After our altercation on the phone with the girl who claimed she was the Manager and now his behavior, we decided it would be prudent to check the pizza before we ate it having heard horror stories in the past from people in the restaurant business.
That was a good call because as my roomie moved the cheese over we found a very strange concoction that appeared to be made up of some gloppy substance with a WHITE POWDER scattered throughout and on top of it. (SEE PHOTOS POSTED ABOVE.) This was between the sauce and the cheese, and our previous two pizzas didn’t have this and we have never seen a pizza made like this, so it was obvious it was done intentionally in my opinion. Who knows what this could be, but it appeared to us to be a crushed up pill or some other very strange and potentially dangerous substance. We immediately contacted Domino’s Corporate who did not take this lightly. We got a call within hours from their Quality Assurance team who sent a refrigerated overnight package so I could send them some pieces to their lab for a forensic evaluation of the foreign matter. We sent the sample and are currently waiting to hear back from them. We have also contacted the county health department who will investigate the restaurant and once the results of the test come back we will be notifying law enforcement if it turns out to be a dangerous substance. I will try to post again with an update when we have more info from the lab. As a side note, the owners of the restaurant have never contacted us to give a refund or apologize, or even to ask what happened.
This is by far the craziest experience with any restaurant I have ever had.
