When I first met the DJ, I had a great feeling. On the day of my wedding, he was late. That’s not it. He forgot a cord! Luckily I had a friend in the sound business who was able to run home and grab what he needed. That’s not it. Midway through my reception, the DJ tried to tell me that I still owed him money. He managed to pull it off, but I do not think I will be giving him another shot. Maybe he got his cocaine habit under control and is doing better business now.

Was at a party this evening and the music was provided by DJ Kronos. Great sound, great variety. There was a generous mix of new and old tunes combine with some lively Karaōke. Very professional in every way. I highly recommend his services.

I’ve booked DJ Kronos twice for karaōke at a big end of the year party for teachers. He is AWESOME! *super professional & knowledgeable *big song selection *super flexible *knows how to engage a crowd On top of all that, I TOTALLY screwed up the first time I booked him and gave him the wrong date. He showed up a week ahead of time to the venue(all my fault) and he didn’t rip me a new one. After I apologized, he was still willing to give me another shot.(I still feel like a jackass for that one!). I totally intend to book him again for our party this year, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a great, professional DJ.

Wow. If this is how customers are being treated, then how do you have any? I recently got engaged and started my search for a DJ. I found the website Thumbtack to get quotes from local DJs. How the website works is you submit a request and local vendors respond with a quote and message. Well, when I submitted my request I accidentally clicked Oct 2013 instead of Oct 2014. I tried to fix this, but I couldn’t before I got responses back from DJs. I let the responding DJs know that I was set on Summer/Fall 2014 instead of Oct 2013. I didn’t have a date yet because our venue had not secured our either August or October date. I told them I would keep in touch with the actual date. DJ Kronos responds back requesting a refund from the website for submitting a quote that I lied about the dates about. He said that I couldn’t make up my mind and that I told him three separate dates. He said that even though I got my quotes for free it wasn’t free for him to respond. I told him that I would’ve contacted him immediately after my venue secured the date, so that the quote response wasn’t really a waste. He continued to badger me through messages so much that I told him that I would never book with him and I would tell all my friends not to either. To which he responded, «Thank goodness.» Needless to say I deleted my account immediately because I didn’t want any contact with such a person. If this is how poorly he responds to a message and honest miscommunication, how can you expect him to provide good entertainment for your party or wedding or anything important! No thanks. I’ll pass. PS: Thumbtack also responded to the situation poorly.
