Rich did a superb interior paint job for us, accomplishing it quickly, neatly, and even choosing the environmentally friendly version of our color choice without our specifying it. His communication was good and his price very reasonable for the work accomplished. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I love Dixon Remodeling and Restoration! I wouldn’t use any other company.
Back in 2000, I watched a job they were doing in West Moreland neighborhood. I was very impressed and called to have them estimate an addition for me and did hire them. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up each day and finished the job when they promised it would be finished. Their work was beautiful. I had become accustomed to the contractors that don’t show up as scheduled or work for a few hours and take off to another job, leaving a mess. I have had Dixon do 2 other jobs for me since then and my experience has always been positive.

We did a major construction project on our house and when we first met them, we were really excited. They seemed so sincere and had a lot of knowledge of vintage homes in Portland and were all about wanting to make sure we were happy with the results. The crew we received however was a different story. They were disgruntled, careless and rude. We had to babysit every thing they did and the response time on fixing things that were wrong was slow and half-​done. There are still things that we haven’t bothered asking them to fix because we’re tired of calling them. Unless you want a half-​assed job and you want to wear the shoes of a foreman the whole time, I would not recommend these guys.
