I moved in in April, and the property manager at the time did a complete assessment of the move-​in condition and things that needed to be fixed right away. It was not cleaned or painted. Four months later, there is a new property manager and she’s using the power of her 24hr notice to gain access tomorrow, without my permission, to fix a window that’s been broken for probably years. They cannot locate any photos of the damages already present when I moved in. Rude, over-​talking, bullying staff. I have a feeling they conveniently lost the assessment and the photos, so they can keep my security deposit. Nice location, and I’d buy a unit if I had any confidence in this mgt company, but right now, I’ll be glad when my lease is up. Feel bad for the owners. I’m sure they have no idea.

I’ve tried to contact a member of this company who is in charge of leasing a property in Portland. I’ve left three voicemails over a 7+ day span. A friend has called and my girlfriend has done the same. This employee, Brendan or Brandon, seemingly doesn’t care, bother, or have the time to reply and answer any questions regarding a property he supposedly is managing.
Worst of all despite the complete lack of info from that employee none of the other property managers at this company can provide help or refuse to help. My only regret is I can’t give this business zero stars.

A wicked good management company. I rent ~3,400 sq ft of commercial space. Dirigo Mgt is very responsive. Maintenance crew is great. Best mgt company by far for downtown Portland. I have been a tenant for 8+ years.
