Dial One Roofing

Estimate was ontime and completely honest. Wade (the owner) came to call and check on my roof. Two other companies said I needed a new roof; Dial One responded with a simple inspection and recommending a small patch around the chimney, which Wade performed for almost nothing. I’m not reviewing on the «new» roof; however, I –am– reviewing on level of integrity and punctuality. I do not doubt that they’ll do an excellent job in the near future. I will be calling them back when it’s time to replace the roof. I can’t wait, and I will definitely be sticking with these guys. Honesty is SO hard to come by these days. :) Thank you, Wade, and Dial One.

We called Dial One when we thought we might have an issue with our roof. They came out to take a look and found no issues. And they didn’t charge us a penny because they didn’t find anything wrong with our roof. Totally put our mind at ease. If we ever have issues again, we’ll definitely give them a call.

Dial One Roofing to the rescue! Extreme rain in Pdx… water is coming in from our fireplace hearth at an alarming rate. Call & email Wade requesting help and hoping I’ll hear back. Debbie soon calls and said Wade will be over asap. He arrives and climbs to our 4-​story roof in pouring rain and fixes the problem in minutes. Gosh we love this company and its owners. This is the 2^nd time Wade has come over in an emergency to take care of us. (1^st time was for a tree that came down on our roof… they were at our home within an hour of our call!) We will stick with this company!

Although I had an emergency and couldn’t work with dial one, I have to applaud them for their professionalism and friendliness. At the first call I got their voice message, right after I left the message they call me back in a timely manner. Debbie is very nice to talk to, she’s very clear and informative. I called them less than 24 hours to cancel my appointment due to emergency and out of town, they were ok with it. (I know… I should of called in earlier, sorry dial one). I will definitely call them when I am back in town.

Wade and Debbie at Dial One were terrific to work with, from start to finish. Their professional attitude and patience with my questions made me confident that I was getting the best roof I could for my little garage. I had pretty bad leaks coming down through three walls, but it’s all dry now, even with more than two inches of rain this past weekend. And a ten-​year warranty means I can stop worrying about water damage and get on with my life. I was impressed with the way the crew kept a clean site, showed up on time, and kept me posted about what was happening. All in all, they were one of the best companies I’ve dealt with since moving to Portland, period.

I cannot say enough about my experience. Our roof was leaking, I called Dial One and they had a crew come over to tarp my roof in extremely bad weather. The water stopped coming in! We had them install our new roof a few days later when the weather let up. I now have neighbors stopping to comment on how gorgeous our new roof is. (It does look pretty outstanding.) The roofing crew worked in the most awful weather, always ensuring that the roof was tarped to protect us from further water damage, when the weather was too foul for them to continue working. Their crew was friendly, professional, and I was allowed choices along the way. We now have a new ventilation system that will allow our home more air flow to the attic space. They cleaned up after themselves, and I have a gorgeous new roof without leaks! I am impressed. And, would recommend this company to anyone, again and again. Thank you DialOne Roofing!

I called Dial One for an estimate and was surprised to get the owner himself, Wade, to come and look at our roof. Wade was very informative and gave us different option and explained each in details. Within the week we received our estimate as well as a call from his office confirming it had arrived.
Our roof was put on a few weeks later and the crew were professional and efficient. We love our new roof and highly recommend the services of Wade and Dial One!
