I recently purchased a new home. I could not stand the old, faded wood blinds in the windows. I think they’ve been there since the house was built in 1992! Decorview came out to my home, brought samples, measured my windows and now I LOVE my window coverings! I didn’t know they could make such a difference!

This was my worst experience ever. Design Consultant as they are called mis measured all my shades and draperies. Installer name of Joe was rude and insulting,
criticized the consultant to me, told me she had no idea what she was doing and that Custom Decorators hires inexperienced sales help. He then told me not to bother to complain to Custom Decorators as they will do absolutely to him or the
Design Consultant and he was right. End result, I cancelled the order and was
refunded my money.
