I can’t believe someone would hire a company with such inconsiderate, unprofessional, and racist staff. I spoke with Steve on the phone who proceeded to talk crap about his other clients even after we’d both identified that I personally know one particular client he was talking about. In fact, he took it as an invitation to vent about my friend and how she didn’t hire him after she paid for a tasting. He said things like «these ethnic weddings and their brides are so ridiculous.» He told me he had a «bridezilla» who wanted chicken and waffles at her wedding who just didn’t seem to understand the logistics of making such a «complicated» dish, and all because he doesn’t have a deep fryer. He topped it off by treating me like a dog on the phone and telling me that if I have a «ridiculous» request that I better be able to afford to pay for it. No wonder people decide to hire other companies. I could never imagine having this company cater any event of mine, nor anyone I know’s event. I don’t care if the food was fantastic and D’angelo’s managed to somehow get a Michelin Star, I would never hire this company.

We went to a wedding catered by these clowns and I am in disbelief at how rude the staff was. I saw an uncle ask that the veggie platter be moved out of the direct sun and the staff (blonde girl with a cast) gave him attitude.
Later I’m going through the food line and some woman gives me attitude about how I can’t have a mushroom (the vegetarian option) since I already took a chicken skewer, even though that one-​or-​the-​other option was never made clear.
Then, my friend asks some staffer where the beer is, and literally got yelled at.
A wedding catering staff should go out of their way to be polite. But these ppl were crazy rude.
And it’s not even like the food was good. It was awful.

I have had some experience hosting parties, but when the number of guests for my mom’s 90^th birthday hit 100, I knew I needed help. Steve and Todd were responsive to my calls and emails through the planning stage. Mom had requested lasagna and DeAngelos didn’t disappoint. It had an authentic Italian flavor and like any Italian feast, the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff at the party were efficient, polite and professional. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy the party. Five stars for DeAngelos. I would not hesitate to use them again, even for a differently themed event.

*Loved the chilled, herb sauteed prawns!
*Loved the Angels on Horseback (bacon wrapped dates)!
*Loved the goat cheese in filo dough!
*Loved the cream cheese and salmon on dark bread!
*Loved the mini desserts (I tried the cobbler)!
*Liked the chicken skewers, but my friends LOVED them. I’d just rather they be sauteed in a sweet sauce and not an herb.
Their staff was friendly and busted their tails to keep the food looking pretty and the dishes staying full all night.
I would imagine they cater smaller venues, so if you are looking for one, I’d price these guys out.

the ceo was very rude to the volunteers at the LPGA; I hope they choose another caterer for the event next year.

Deangelos Catering was a horrible experience. The crew is rude, unprofessional and unsuitable for any event that requires class. I will never deal with them again.

DeAngelo’s Catering provided the foods for our daughter’s wedding reception on April 27^th. Steve and his employee Todd went out of their way to make our event successful and staged the buffet beautifully with multiple heights, decorative linens, dishware and live plants. Not only was there an abundance of food, but everyone told us how good everything tasted! Thank you Steve, Becky, Todd and all his staff for the very professional and beautiful buffet.

Met Steve at an awards ceremony for the Recycle at Work Program. Was so impressed by their sustainability efforts that I had to try them out. I had a huge meeting beginning EARLY on a Saturday morning with my corporates in town and had to deliver! Steve definitely delivered… literally and figuratively! Saturday morning, bright and early he was at the office with BEAUTIFULLY fresh breakfast fruits and breads and our box lunches expertly prepared!
We have tried MANY MANY caterers in the area and this is the first time my team has actually commented on how nicely done the box lunches were. Generally speaking, if you’ve seen one box lunch, you’ve seen them all… but not the case with DeAngelo’s.
Not only was the food delish, beautifully prepared and delivered on time on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM… but the staff was incredibly curteous, super helpful and treated me like an old friend. We have an open house coming up in June for our office… we WILL be using DeAngelo’s to caterer that event as well. No need to search… we’ve found our favorite!

As an out-​of-​stater, searching for a caterer who could deliver a plate of tea sandwiches to a family memorial on short notice, I frantically worked my way through a Google list of caterers who didn’t know what tea sandwiches were, couldn’t/wouldn’t make them once they knew, didn’t want to take a small order of any kind, and wanted at least a week’s notice to provide anything. When I reached De Angelo’s though, everyone wanted to help — and did! Steve DeAngelo and his crew were willing AND able, despite the the lateness and diminutive size of the order, to assemble the tea sandwiches that posed such a challenge to the competitors, then deliver them to the event later the same day. According to the discerning guests who partook of them in my unfortunate absence, the sandwiches were delicious, attractively presented, and on time! (The funny thing is that Steve & crew were so sympathetic, willing to try to help, and just plain nice that I would recommend De Angelo’s even if it HADN’T been possible to fill my order!)
