We just bought a house represented by this man and his completely unavailable, very poorly managed team. It has taken months longer than expected due to his negligence and perpetual lack of communication.
Our realtor has had a great deal of trouble connecting with him, week after week, and the entire process has become unnecessarily drawn out due to his noticeable absence and lack of consideration.
This is not someone I will ever work with again, and had I known what I do now, I might have not even offered on the house. Save yourself the headache during a process that’s already very stressful. Zero stars.
