I called John to help out with my older parent, who got suckered in by a phishing scam. (side note, please talk to your non-savy relatives about these types of scams!) The jerks gained control of my mom’s computer and swindled her out of a bunch of money for «security protection.» I needed someone locally to go in and clear out her malware, install a protection system, and help her with some other Mac related tasks. John was amazing. He was available right away, came to her house, and fixed her computer up right. She was very pleased and so am I. Living out of state from an elderly parent is hard, but John proved himself to be trustworthy and dependable. He did a great job and I really can’t recommend him enough!

John was spot on with what was wrong with my internet connection issues. He was fast, friendly, very reasonable and extremely helpful. I am lucky he’s in my neighborhood, but he’s worth the drive if you’re not in the NW Bethany area. He’s my go to computer guy from now on. :)

John Litvin is a computer genius. He’s got the knowledge, understanding and the latest information on anything technological and computer oriented. He’s very prompt, can diagnose the problem and see the total picture to make sure the job it done right the first time, and is excellent when it comes to customer service and follow up!
