I recently was involved in an Internet purchase from Classic Jewelry and Loan, and dealt with the owner, Larry Wims. This was done putting forth a lot of trust in a business that I had no history with. On «a wing & a prayer», I was very pleased to find this man totally honest and forthright in this transaction with me. Everything went according to what we discussed verbally– basically a «handshake“agreement.
Larry even called me a couple of weeks later to make sure I received my shipment in good shape, and additionally offered to refund some of the excess mailing costs! Things don’t get better than this…
