I recently contacted Chylese and told her I was ready to renovate another home. Chylese immediately started showing me houses that were on the market and some she uncovered that were not on the market yet. Buying a fixer is a lot of work — for the realtor, and Chylese tenaciously wrote the offers, counter offers, addendums, knew where to get inspections and repairs and much more! She could not have worked harder and in the end we ended up with the house we wanted. As a first time home buyer looking to relocate 3,000 miles away, we were a little… um nervous… to say the least. She is no longer with Meadows Group as she has opened her own place (YAY! Congrats!) called Inhabit Realty in the SE. I’ve bought and sold many homes, Chylese is the best realtor I’ve dealt with. Both she and her business partner, Katrina Bell, work for the Hasson Co. and went above and beyond the call. The thing that particularly helped us was a service they provide called HomeQuest. This service allows you to search from home with daily provided e-​mails that link to home listings in your desired n’hood. You roll the cursor over the area your interested in and the MLS data pops right up, along with lots of photos and videos. You find the ones you want to look at, and then it hooks you up to your realtor in a snap to request a showing. Truly one of the coolest techno advances in RE shopping! Check them out!
