Center is clean and most employees are polite. Management however is often disorganized, lacks communication and mistreats employees. This commonly left classrooms out of student to teacher ratio leading to lack of individualized care for children. Overheard teachers saying they had to come in sick, were guilt tripped into coming in or threated with writeups ect. Meaning employees would come to work withthw flu colds and so on.

After months of a nagging feeling, I realized the manager of this daycare, Nicole, has no qualms about lying to parents about the details of your child’s day and the specifics of how the business is run. It seems inappropriate that a person with a misguided moral compass would choose a career shaping young peoples’ lives. It is also unfortunate because the teachers do a wonderful job and seem to really care about the children there.
