We usually do a u-​cut tree but the awful weather made us decide to purchase a pre-​cut. We had looked at both Cornell Farms and Nob Hill but were told by several people that they were the most expensive in the area. Decided to try Chad’s based on the Unilocal review. The selection wasn’t great but we found a six foot Noble that was fine.
There were no prices on the trees or posted. It was our fault for not asking before the tree was tied to our car. We were shocked, however, when we were told it was $ 60. This was more than Nob Hill and equal to Cornell. As we drove away we wondered if somehow the tree was taller than we thought but when we got home we measured and it was just 6 ft.
Too overpriced for a return visit.

We loved Chad! Helped us find just the right tree. A beautiful fragrant fir for $ 30. And he tied it onto the top of the car with two quick releasing knots like a pro. Held on the highway no problem. We will be back next year for sure!

Great service, good prices. Better trees than the big box stores and much cheaper. They will trim the base to fit your stand if you bring it along. They still have plenty of good trees. 12-​18-​2014 Next to the Tillicum nightclub. Address should be about 8595? Need to check this!

Just bought my Christmas tree there today. They have a large selection of trees and the prices are very reasonable and local. They usually hand cut them the day of or within a few days. Chad and his staff are super friendly and they want you to pick a tree that you really love. They also help you mount it on your car and that for me is a win. I will definitely buy from Chad again next year.
