Century Benefits – Simplifying Health Insurance

All of the folks over at Century Benefits are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. With all of the conflicting information, hold times, and competitive rates that come from shopping around in the health insurance world, these guys make it so much easier.
I have referred many friends over to Century Benefits as they have helped simplify finding the best Health insurance plan for me and my family.

The entire team at Century Benefits is thoughtful, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. When I was shopping for a plan they were able to explain the many health insurance options available to me clearly and quickly. Over the last few months they have saved me hours of time and much stress by fixing problems with my account that were made on both the carrier and Federal Marketplace side of things. I would be lost with out them!

I was first pleased with Century Benefits when they found me the best insurance deal for my new vehicle. Then it went down hill a couple months later. I was quoted and promised that my rate would be around $ 114 a month through Travelers. I am not for sure if it was Century Benefits or Travelers’ issue but my insurance randomly got canceled ‘due to an under writer issue’. I still do not understand what happened. Then, my insurance rate increased $ 40 with no warning. The reason was because of Oregon legislature increased insurance rates or something along those lines which was a complete lie. I was the only one out of my friends and family who had increased insurance rates. Mind, I have a clean record; no tickets or accidents EVER. I decided to change my insurance because my work had a better deal with MetLife. It took me about a week to get a hold of someone to cancel my plan. Once my insurance plan was canceled, Travelers auto payments still continued to deduct from my account. I was royally screwed when my bank account was charged, fined and in the negatives because Travelers or Century Benefits failed to cancel payments.
Bottom line, Century Benefits seems great at first. They really make you number one priority but once they have you as a customer, your needs are put on the back burner. It’s hard to get someone on the phone (I recommend emailing) or get real answers.

Andrew Eachon has been helping me for the past few years with health insurance. He knows the different plans and is very helpful and professional. I contacted Joel after reading positive reviews here (where else?) about him and this business. I was looking for auto/​home insurance. The first couple emails he sent were fine, but then he didn’t answer any emails for quite a while. I had thought that he had just dropped me, but it turns out that he was ill. So my experience with him was limited. It does seem that while we were in contact he did a good job and was concerned and industrious about getting me the insurance I needed.

Wow! I have always been hesitant to switch my insurance around because of the hassle, even it could save money. But, Andrew had me in and out of the office very quick.
