Emma is a medicine woman. Her knowledge of the human body is incredible and her work is powerful and precise – both massage therapy and Gyrotonic instruction. I am healing years of injury and misalignment through working with her and I feel very lucky to have found her.

This is where the other Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teachers in town go to learn their craft. (Myself included.) I love how friendly and engaged the teachers are. Also, if you get a membership you can work out on your own, in the beautiful sunny space. If you are considering learning Gyrotonic, this is the place!
