Had scheduled an appointment with Justin to come look at our fence project. He did not show up. I tried calling to find out of he was still coming out or if he would come out on another day. No reply, no follow up, no show.
I tried calling three times and never heard back from anyone.
You get one chance to make a first impression. The result is one star.
