Carpet Man

This was my first experience with Carpet Man for carpet stretching in my home, AND IT WAS AWESOME! I had carpet stretching done before with another company and I will never use anyone else again except Carpet Man in the future for this service. I had several areas to be done, one area was over 16′ long! These guys were on time, reliable, and UNBELIEVABLY FAST! All areas (approx 8+) were done in under 3 hours! They even called me the day of the service, stating one of the guys had a cold and if I wanted to reschedule. My husband and I needed this done as we were having furniture delivered, so couldn’t really reschedule. Germs are airborne, so my husband and I weren’t too worried about someone having a cold (not like he had the flu or something). I felt sorry for the guy with the cold, having to work when he was sick. But it needed to be done, and we just sprayed Lysol throughout our house when he left – we never got sick. But the fact the company would even call me to inform and ask me about this was truly professional and shows how much they genuinely care about their customers! They even did an additional little area (or two) and didn’t charge extra! And besides all that, they vacuumed the areas of carpet they stretched! I was beyond IMPRESSED and I told them so! SUPERIOR customer service, from the office lady who set it all up to the workers themselves! You guys are absolutely AMAZING and much appreciated! Our carpets look brand new! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Carpet Man!
