Cabinet Factories Outlet

This is a factory outlet for Masterbrand Cabinets, and is also called DIY Cabinet Warehouse. I would have given them 5 stars last year, but Jim McIntyre got promoted, and he was replaced with a fellow named Dan Wallace, who has been a nightmare. We perform major upgrades to entire apartment complexes, and Dan didn’t show for our meeting there though some of us traveled a great distance for the meeting. We let that go, but then he was supposed to give us a quote for a plan we’d be repeating many times. When this simple plan was over a week late, I called him. He said he’d just sent it two hours ago. I told him none of us had received it. He got my email again and said he’d resend within a few minutes. It never came. The next day I emailed him telling him that we still had nothing, and there has been no response at all. Now it’s been over two weeks.
Masterbrand and DIY are off my list of vendors as long as Dan Wallace is affiliated with them.

Noe Vivar made my day. We needed cabinets for our basement and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He showed us the best deals, explained the lay out of the warehouse and let us go shopping. He was near by he we had questions but didn’t hover over us. We got a great deal and they were delivered within two days. Great place to buy cabinets and even parts to cabinets.
