I took my son here for breakfast a few weeks ago. We ordered basic breakfast meals. One with coffee, one with o.j. shouldn’t take 20 minutes right? Especially when the dining area was empty and maybe 4 cars in the drive thru. When I asked why our meals were taking so long, I got a very rude response from the manager/supervisor. I kindly asked for my money back so I could go eat somewhere else and the manager through her headset off and stormed to the back office. The headset was still connected to the battery pack on her waistline so as she walked away the headset was swinging all around her feet(pretty funny). I said«excuse me, what’s your name»? With her back to me she yells«JAIME». After going to the back room, she came back with a $ 10 bill and literally threw the money at me. I had to pick it up off of the floor in front of my son and newly arriving customers. Pretty embarrassing. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHISCRAPHOLE!

I feel sorry for these people having me in their drive-thru lol I don’t usually eat fast food so I’m very ignorant to the menu and have questions sometimes. But… truth be told, after going over my order 3 times and then confirming it twice at the pick up window. I opened my bags when I got home to discover that they still got it wrong ??? Two Whopper Jr’s with NO sauce were drowning in ketchup & mayo and they forgot two of the four Whoppers I ordered & paid for. I will say that, I went back a couple days later with my receipt and told the person at the window about the absence of my Whoppers and with no questions asked she had them made and gave them to me quickly & kindly. All in all they work hard and with great attitudes

Yesterday I ordered two of their new sandwiches, the chicken Parmesan, and I could not have been more disappointed in the taste, the size and quality of the sandwich. I paid $ 4.79 for each sandwich(both the grilled and crispy) and they were small, there was no Parmesan cheese of any type on the sandwich only this awful tasting american style soft cheese, and the tomato sauce was bitter to top it off! And the crispy chicken sandwich tasted stale and hard, like it had been sitting under a warmer for several hours. Do not waste your money on these sandwiches! It was a bitter disappointment.

I just(December 4th, 2010 at 1:50PM) went through the Burger King drive-through at store #12114(9400SE82ND Ave in Portland, OR97266). I was giving my order and was repeatedly asked to speak louder, after giving part of my order I had mentioned that the order was wrong and that it was supposed to be 2 of one item and not of the other. Upon attempting to fix my order the employee told me to «shut the hell up» then after saying I wanted to speak to a manager I was told to «get the hell out of here». I went into the store and demanded to talk to a supervisor that I assume was getting off as she said I could wait around for the other manager to take a report. The person that my receipt(order 207) says took my order(that was the manager that I talked with) is 7017, Hunter S. This is extremely unsatisfactory service; I’ve been frequenting your restaurants in the greater Portland area all of my life, and to be treated like this by someone who doesn’t have any customer relations skills is completely ludicrous. My order was an extremely simple one: –Kids Meal –Chicken Nuggets –Apple Fries –White Milk -#2 — Double Whopper Meal –King Sized –Coke –12 Piece Chicken Fries –2 Chicken Sandwiches A trained monkey could have taken my order.

Have it your way? Hardly. Have it ten minutes later by completely rude and indifferent staff? More like it. There was only one other person in the restaurant when I went in and a line of cars in the drive thru. I placed my order and waited and waited. After five minutes I asked where my order was. The girl behind the counter then said to the prep person, I need so and so. Automatic computers and my order didn’t go through? Did they give my order to someone at the drive thru. I bet they did. Did she apologize? Nope. So I continue to wait and see my sandwich placed on the heat rack. People walk around, the drive thru is well attended, and ten minutes from when I placed my order I still don’t have my sandwich. I ask again, «Is that my sandwich?» And she throws a tray on the counter and my sandwich on it, and once again doesn’t apologize and seems put out that I’d want my damn sandwich. Fast food? This is not fast food. This is crappy food with indifferent service at a slow pace. Everyone who works at this branch should be fired and they should start again. Oh, and there are no sandwich prices on their menu board. Only prices for the«value» meal. Seriously, no sandwich prices. I’m sure they want to upsell you, but at least give the prices for your sandwiches. Stupid business practice.
