Brandy Pace

We enlisted Brandy Pace to list our home and sell it. We needed help to get the house ready to put it on the market. She offered to help. She showed up with her paint gear in hand and worked tirelessly until the job was done. She worked non stop, painting, packing, loading furniture and so much more. She advised us on staging, color choices and curb appeal. She held one open house and sold our house in one day with several offers. When it came to all the paperwork she explained everything in simple terms. I would recommend Brandy to sell you house or to find you a house. She is the very best!

Great Realtor. Smart, Savvy, Hard-​working! Brandy helped me buy my current house. The transaction was smooth and about as stress free as buying a house can be. She was on top of every aspect of the negotiations and I really enjoyed being in near daily communications with her. Other realtors I have used in the past always had their own agenda (price, location, decorating, etc). Brandy listened and worked hard to meet my needs.

Brandy was referred to my partner and I from mutual friends. When we came to Portland we knew nothing about the real estate market or any of the neighborhoods. Brandy really knows the city and she was always very willing to spend the time showing us around. We always felt that Brandy was really looking out for our best interest and wanted to get us into a house that was right for us. Brandy found a house for us that fit us perfectly, we are very thankful for her knowledge of the real estate market in Portland. Her help with the closing of the house sale was also very professional, Brandy made sure inspections, paperwork, and all the other things that go into closing on a house were done properly and in our best interest. I am writing on behalf of my sister who lives abroad — Brandy sold her condo in tough times when there was a glut (understatement) of condos on the market — not just in my sister’s neighborhood but also in the very same condo building. My sister’s condo sold while the others sat there.
Brandy carefully researched the listing price – she strategizes the best price to grab attention while at the same time honoring your needs. At first we were worried the condo was priced too low at the start. Instead, the decision was solid and we’re still thankful – you see the condo sold immediately while others have stayed on the market for months then some moved to foreclosure! You need to trust that your real estate agent. Brandy «gets it» and works hard.
In addition, Brandy has great photography skills (professionally trained) and staging skills so you know your listing will look better than the competition. She is willing to work hard even if your property is not a big money maker for her. She took on the sale of the condo as if it was her pet project… you gotta love that.
My sister is just now starting to look for a house and is planning to use Brandy again which is what brought me to write this post – she said she wanted that same personal attention and hardworking ethic.

Nearly a year ago, my boyfriend and I were merely looking at homes in the neighborhood, never dreaming that we could own one of them. Luckily, my boyfriend’s co-​worker recommended Brandy to us, and so the relationship (now friendship) was born.

We ended up buying the house that had crazy move-​in problems, but Brandy was on the phone, every day, fighting for us when we just didn’t have the steam to anymore. She made sure that we got what we wanted and asked for everything that we hoped for.
Over the months (yes months – like I said… the patience of a SAINT), this woman not only was a solid and faithful real estate agent, but we consider her our friend.
