As a coach at Bön Vie, I must say it is a privilege and extremely satisfying to be working towards making an individual healthier and happier with their life. Clients that follow the program to the «t» come in each week with big smiles, better looking skin, no more bags under the eyes, and, at times, clothes hanging off of them. «I need to tailor everything and it’s only been a month,» «I feel so good,» «I’ve never had so much energy in my life,» and «this is so easy, I don’t have problems following the program at all» are just a few of the many quotes from current clients. What people gain (or should I say lose) from completing the program is life changing and I couldn’t be happier in supporting each of them through the whole process.

Bön Vie has been a wonderful support for my weight loss journey. Sharon has been a great coach. I have been amazed that I have been able to change the way I eat for longer then 3 months. Now 6 months of doing Ideal Protein I have lost 40 lbs and I feel incredibly healthy. I usually get sick this time of year and so far not even a sniffle. Not only has this program help me lose weight but it has help me become healthier.
