Birthingway College of Midwifery

What a fantastic clinic and just what I needed. For those who don’t know, Birthingway trains lactation consultants and so when you have an appointment, you’ll have one certified LC and a few students. I was really struggling to feed my newborn and after searching around I came across Birthingway and saw how affordable they were. I am not in a position where I can spend $ 100 in consultations– Birthingway will not turn anybody away but a $ 20 donation is suggested. That is incredible! My appointment was with Emily, the LC, and one student (Adrienne?) and both were fabulous and very knowledgable. They assessed my baby before, during, and after feeding and gave me great suggestions for latching problems and breast care. I am so grateful for their help! As a bonus, my appointment was on a Saturday, so very convenient! Thank you, Birthingway!
