Bethany Meadows Apartments

I have only lived here for a few months but I haven’t found much to complain about yet. It seems like I’ve had a very different experience than others. I think the staff are all very nice. Bryce is always very nice to talk to for me, and they all remember my name and see to care. It’s a simple apartment, not too big, and it’s not falling apart but it’s not brand new. Appliances are older and have some dents but still work fine. I’m on the first floor and there are a couple gaps between wall and flooring, which at this point is my only concern. I feel happy and safe there, but don’t know what I plan to do when my lease is up. I might want to move just for location reasons but apart from that I don’t see any huge reason to get out!

Bethany Meadows Apts is the worse Apartment Complex in the whole of Portland, their Apts are moldy, and full of mildew and the Management team are very rude and obnoxious especially a boy by the name of Bryce God forbid if you go before him and you are black you are frowned upon like the scum of the earth, and their appliances in their Apartments are so old and broken there is dog pooh everywhere their garbage bin is always full and overflowing with flies all over the place the Apts is like living in a trailer park, they only care about collecting the money that’s why I am about to move I remember walking into their Office one day and I noticed a sign placed on the wall that if you write a good review about the Apt Complex you will get a $ 100 discount taken off your next rent its the worse Apt complex ever, plus they have a very high turnover, so when you are thinking about moving to a next Apt don’t ever think about Bethany Meadows Apts you will be truly sorry. When an Apt Management put a sign up begging their tenants to write a good review what does that tell you? it tells you that they suck

Wrong place.

My daughter’s mother lived here for nearly 3 years, this is HANDS DOWN THE WORST apartment complex as far as CUSTOMER SERVICE is concerned in the Portland metro area. None other compare! I dont care where you lived before, but if you have never actually experienced dealing with the staff working with GSL Properties or Bethany Meadows Apartments for any reason, then you have absolutely no idea how bad it really is.
The Staff named «Shayna» and «Lisa» are the ones you will generally run into at the office, dont even try calling, you wont get any service or a return call.
Bottom line, dont make the make of signing a lease agreement here, youll want out in less than 3 months.
