Went out of their way to be helpful with a product I had purchased elsewhere, explaining what was causing the problem and how to fix it. They didn’t take a dime, and I got at least a half hour of their time. They also carry a brand of juice I hadn’t been able to find locally. Big thumbs up. Also appreciated the non-«bro» feel of the place.

Visited here for the first time, 10 minutes before closing to get a peek and get a feel for the service. He answered the twenty one questions I had, I got what I needed and got out good. More pleasant than I expected from the reviews. Pricing is par with any other locals but the equipment selection is far more than I see at many online stores, almost like going to an expo show for mods. Looks a bit overwhelming for anyone who works there to possibly know everything about. Would visit again.

This place is awful, I wish I could give it less then one star. 90% of their test tanks don’t pull so you have no idea what you’re buying till you load your own vape. The staff if clueless, they respond to every question you ask with«yeah» or «yup» even if your asking conflicting questions to compare units. They sold me a vape that crapped out after 4 days, I went back and told them what was going on and said«oh wow»… That’s it! That’s all the info they had for me! There’s one guy who knows slightly more then the rest of them, so he’s the one the rest call out of the back to tell you the price but that’s pretty much where he’s well runs dry. Unless you’re in a pinch and know exactly what juice you need I’d stay far far away from this dump.

They have a no return policy, but an iMini stick I purchased two weeks ago was faulty, they were glad to refund or exchange. They were also out of a previous product I purchased and wanted another one(nautilus mini). I tried to purchase it on Sunday, they said we will have it Tuesday and when I came in on Tuesday it was there. Friendly staff and the store is laid back with a no pressure vibe. Highly recommend. It’s a family run operation from what I gather and I will continue to use Berland for my vaping needs.

The sold me a defective Aspire tank a week ago that actually spits out juice. The juice ended up leaking all over my battery which I paid $ 30 for else-ware. Just today I took my battery and tank to the store and asked them to exchange the tank and they essentially refused and said that they have a no return or exchange policy. The girl who works there took it apart and put it back together and said that the coil may have been loose. I was pretty ticked off because if I spend $ 13 at a store I expect a usable product and if the product is defective I believe that I deserve to be able to exchange it for something that works. I bought a cheapo vape to keep me over until I can make it over to Bubbah’s in Vancouver to get a replacement. On my way out the door I let the folks who run this store know I wasn’t a very happy camper and that I would not be returning again. Just be careful and do your homework before you choose to do business at a place like this. Good people who are in business would be more then happy to come up with an agreeable resolution to an issue such as this. It really doesn’t take much to do the right thing. 1÷11÷15: I would like to update my review and let the public know that I ended up filing a BBB Report against Berland Vapor Supply and in the response to the originally filed BBB Report, Josh, one of the Managers of Berland wasn’t 100% honest in his response. He wasn’t there throughout any of the interactions I had in the store so I find his response interesting and quite humorous because the misspelling and grammar was that of a 9 year old. In the rebuttal in the BBB Report I originally filed(which was not emotional and stated the facts) Josh said that I called his employee an offensive name, threatened her and when I came into the store I was really impatient and demanding. I work in IT, I have the patience of Buddha and I have more integrity then to treat another human being that poorly. In the BBB Josh also accused me of damaging their reputation which they claim they have worked hard to uphold. I feel like when you take a customers money and sell them a defective product, refuse to remedy the issue that it isn’t a good business model and you are only ruining your own reputation.

Customer service is top notch. Fair prices. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Decent selection of premium e liquids. They always have my coils in stock. Nice selection of equipment and accessories. Location is great. I wish you could carry a few more of my favorite brands like Banzai or Two Peas. I would also like to try some 100% VG blends like Virgin Vapors. Nice to see a vape shop pop up in the neighborhood. This place is helping me on my path to quit smoking cigarettes. I haven’t had a single cigarette in almost three months. If you are curious about quitting, come check this place out.

Glad there’s finally a legitimate shop in North Portland. Pretty good selection, great hours, and friendly staff. Hope to see some more mods and RDA and RBA stuff at some point, but not a bad selection so far. Hope this sticks around.
