I met Devon today when I decided that 10 years was way too long to go without getting my brows done. I forget how amazing they look with a little TLC. Devon was super sweet, explained what she was doing, and made my brows look awesome. I am very happy with her work and have an appointment to return in about a month. Oh, and she also asked if I wanted to try anything out and I told her about a couple things that I had in mind from Benefit to ask about (ended up buying them all!). Just a great experience overall. Thank you, Devon!

Color me impressed. I’ve tried by far my fair share of different waxing, threading, sugaring, you name it places in Portland. While I have a couple of good places that I generally rely on for my eyebrow maintenance, I was in the mood to try another new spot.
I’m already a big fan and loyal customer of Benefit products, and I’ve tried to get in here in the past but appointments have always been booked solid. I’m not very patient and when I decide to go get my brows fixed, I need them fixed NOW! Today turned out to be the lucky day as they had several slots open. To cut to the chase, Joe really knows what he’s doing. I like his work the best out of all the places I’ve been to. After seeing him my brows were much more noticeable, in a good way, than ever before. He also took the time to go back and touch up the red spots and fill in my brows to make them more full and dramatic. This was a nice touch since I was headed out shopping afterwards!

I’ve been to several different Ulta brow bars, and this one is my favorite by far with the level of service Joe gives. You’re in great hands with the consultations he gives as he’s incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and makeup application yet talks to you like your best friend (and especially listens to what you want or are concerned about). He is SO funny and kind, which just tops it all off. Overall one of the most professional, engaging and skilled cosmetologists I’ve ever met. Best of all, my skin and brows have never looked better!

Joe is amazing me and my two sisters are clients of his. He not only makes my eye brows perfect but he has tons of knowledge on make up and never steers me wrong. I will always continue to see Joe.

Had my brows done by Joe at the Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta at Jantzen beach and they look AMAZING! My boyfriend even took notice of my highly defined arches and perfect shape. Joe was nice and professional, giving me a reminder call about my appointment the day before. I would definitely recommend having Joe do your brows if you’re wanting the perfect pin up, rockabilly arch.
