The manager here Josephina is truly awful. After a mix up with coupons, that got resolved very quickly she went over to another employee saying«they are just being stupid.» At least walk in the break room like every other customer service agent to talk smack!

I appreciate the customer service at this location. All the staff I’ve ever interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. It seems like a great place to work. Special kudos to Tom and Eric; they’re the best. I was in the store once when I woman knocked over a 3-wick candle and it fell on the floor and shattered. The Sales Associate nearby made the situation very lighthearted and all-in-all alleviated any embarrassment the woman may have had in breaking the item. I was impressed with how quickly she responded. The products here are more expensive than your everyday lotions, soaps, shower gels, hand sanitizers, car fresheners, scented nightlights, body sprays, etc., but depending on the scent you’re going for, it may be well worth it. One lotion or shower gel is $ 12.50 each. A body spray is $ 14. However, there are consistently buy 3, get 3 or buy 2, get 1 deals. That means you could potentially bring your cost down to about $ 6.25 per item. If you sign up for e-mail and mail offers, they’re always sending coupons for things like a free travel-size item or $ 10 off $ 30. They almost always put another coupon in your bag to keep you coming back for more. To put quantity into perspective, I use one lotion bottle every two weeks. To be fair, I use a lot of lotion all over my body. Thus, I would need 26 bottles to last me throughout the entire year. Oh, this is not a place a to frequent for someone who is highly sensitive to smells. Otherwise, being in here for even five minutes is sure to give you a headache and agitate your nose. If that’s not a problem for you, then it’s a wonderful place to get your smellgoods and gifts!

I cannot believe I have not done a review on Bath and Bodyworks yet. I have been shopping at this at Washington Square store for as long as I can remember. This particular store is kind of difficult to navigate during the holidays because of the shape of the store, it is long and narrow. It can get crowded and fairly uncomfortable, especially the lines waiting to check out. Any time other than the holidays it works fine. They have all sorts of smelly stuff, from hand sanitizers to wall plug in’s. I used to buy their Glycerine soaps by the dozen till they stopped making them(sadface). I am a huge fan of their foaming soaps(for the kitchen) and their plug in’s. The actual plug in’s have gotten quite fashionable over the last few years, they are some very nice designs and shapes, even holiday themed ones. They have any scent you can imagine, including some you can’t imagine. When I was young, I used their scented soaps and moisturizers, but as of today I can’t say one way or another. As I get older I like shopping less and less, so the last few years I wait till they have a their big sales and I stock up. They normally will have a blowout sale on everything in June and December.

This place is amazing! I got my friends little hand sanitizers and they wrapped them all individually, also I can’t believe how sweet they were! I felt no rush at all!!! I’d recommend this place to all my friends.

They’ve recently built a bath and body works closer to me but I still prefer going to this one when I can. The people who work here are genuinely kind and helpful and informative. The last few times I have been in I have been assisted by a girl named Nikki and I can’t say enough good things about her customer service. She is very positive and knowledgeable and it is great doing business with her! :)

Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The«general manager» offered me a whopping $.68 a bottle which was org. $ 16 a bottle. She actually laughed at me on multiple occasions when I asked her to call a supervisor. NEVEREVEREVERDOBUSINESSHERE.

Oh my gosh the sales. It’s glorious. I’ve been multiple times here specifically for hand soaps but I always walk out with a little extra. The scents are so amazing, the variety is gigantic and ever changing. And I love how you can smell and try out practically every single thing. They provide everything you need to stay there for hours trying out items. They also always have seasonal fragrances that I love to try. Did I mention the sales? They’re also super helpful if you have questions, but rarely have I needed to ask anything. The layout is incredibly easy to navigate, everything is displayed efficiently and always well stocked. They had a bunch of new scents I immediately fell for. I now possess more room sprays than I have rooms. Buy 3 get 3 free on signature collection is what did me in. They’re ever changing but constant, if you want the best deals keep checking back. I spend quite a bit here every time but I think it’s always worth it, and I can’t use any soaps but their foaming hand soaps. But those sales, tho.

This is the closest bath and body works store to me, and its a bit of a drive. The employees are very nice and make you feel welcome in the store. I don’t feel like I’m being forced to try new scents or sprayed with perfume. I can shop at my own pace and its lovely. The only complaint or I guess negative star is the hand soap selection was very small. Not sure if this is because all the holiday scents are out, but it just seemed to be lacking a bit.

I like this bath and body works a lot. They have a sink inside the store so you can try out their hand soups. I always bring coupons with me or find online coupons to save me more $ on top of their promotions. Oh, they have on the spot checkout now, so find a shop assistant that has the checkout device and avoid waiting in line!
