Gluten-free, vegan donut was what I got there. I ordered it to go but had to come back to get some more and others. It was that good! The neighbourhood is super nice to walk around too. It was sunny when I was there and people walking are looking happy as well. Everything is just perfect.

vegan baked goods that taste great, what’s there not to like? Carrot cupcake was my favorite, very moist.

I didn’t realize this cart was vegan/gluten-free until my third visit. The chocolate cupcake I got had that spongy texture from tapioca starch That I really don’t like. The BlackBerry/almond donut was delicious. Baked not Fried and very moist. The only savory I’ve tried so far is the rosemary/pear scone-also delicious! Crispy buttery edges… Went very well with an Americano. If I didn’t tell you it was vegan/gluten-free you wouldn’t know!

This is our go to munchies joint(pun intended). It’s easy enough finding vegan and gluten free goodies in this city, but making them taste good is a bit more difficult. Lots of places make up for the lack of fat with added sugar. They have the sweetness and the flavors figured out. The goods are decently priced, which can be an issue with specialty pastries. You end up spending so much more money for a smaller product. Definitely try the soft serve. If you’re not a sweets person, go for the savory tarts or bagels. They’ve got great lunch items. Delicious, local coffee to top it all off. This cart is an offshoot of the Alberta location, and it’s just as amazing.

The cookies are soooooo good. I love this little spot. It sits in the corner of my favorite food truck spot. Everything else looks really good, they have little pies and cupcakes too!

Yummy ice cream! The chocolate sauce is made with real cacao! Great location kind of off the main loop from the rest of the carts! Soft serve ice cream is great.

Came here for a client that is lactose free. Got one for myself the carrot cake cupcake. omgsh. Seriously delicious. Soo good. Far drive for me but definitely worth it. So yummy. Definitely stop by if your in the area I was really impressed. Frosting was yummy not too sweet and I usually don’t like frosting so that’s saying something

We had a sundae and were a bit skeptical because we are lovers of dairy… blew our minds! We made a sundae with vanilla soft serve, caramel, ginger cookie crumbles, and coconut flakes. Absolutely coming back!

An exceptional example of well executed vegan desserts and bakery items. The actual products are consistent in quality(I am a frequent customer) and of a somewhat higher calibre than other vegan dessert options in the Portland area. Their soft serve does incredibly well as a milkshake base and consider their milkshakes the best in the country, better than vegan shakes in NYC or LA or Seattle. Back to Edens employees are not as consistent as their products with some being great and others being rude and coming off as miserable. Varies greatly.

While some gluten-free and vegan people might bite into one of these donuts, close their eyes and enter their happy place… I did not. First the person behind the window said the baked goods are shipped from Seattle… is that actually true? Okay still kind of local, but how fresh can it be when it’s from that far away. I got the chocolate hazelnut butter donut and it was WAY too sweet and not a good texture, a little mushy even. Also I didn’t get that Nutella-like chocolate hazelnut amazing flavor, it was a little confusing. All I can say is that their donuts are no bueno, but maybe their other options are better. Props for helping out the GF and vegan people out there though. I’ll have to try some other items.

Absolutely delicious!!! Shared a lavender lemon poppy seed cupcake. Yum. The consistency of the cupcake and the frosting was perfect. And the flavor even better. I was a little hesitant, thinking the lavender might be a little perfumey. Not at all. And of course it was also very pretty :) In addition this cart was located in a super cool food truck venue! Will definitely be making my way back here during my next Portland trip.

Love the vibe of this little cart added to the Tidbit pod. I just had to try the chocolate root beer doughnut and I chose well! The root beer flavor really came through and the cakey doughnut was tender and tasty. Actually, I want another one right now… All of their treats looks delicious!
