I had the most amazing experience here. I knew I wanted to use cloth diapers but wasn’t sure which ones I wanted to use. We went down there and the lady walked us through all the different diapers and everything we needed to know about all of them. When we finally picked which ones we wanted she ordered them and is even keeping them in the warehouse for us since we aren’t due until October (the warranty starts when you pick them up). As if this wasn’t a great experience, they went above and beyond what was necessary. The ones we ordered were on special and we got a free diapers, but it required some things be sent off. They called me to confirm my shipping address because they were going to send it off for me! Who gets that kind of customer service these days? I have had such a great experience I have recommended this place to complete strangers in stores.
They have a few other things in the store, but like a previous person said it’s primarily a warehouse. They do have some other products that I use so I will stock up when I pick up my diapers.

This is a cloth diapering place hidden in the outer reaches of Northwest Portland. It is kind of a store, with limited hours; you can go in and buy what you need, but it is mostly kind of a warehouse/​distributing center for diaper orders placed online/​over the phone. We went in to learn more about cloth diapering; the woman there was helpful but I felt like she was upselling us constantly on products. They have really upscale stuff as well as the basics; most people in there seemed to be going for the high-​end organic-​dye-​free-​crocheted-​wool-​from-​Tibet type stuff, so if that’s you this might be your place. For the basics, I far prefer Mother Nature’s in SE.
