Atomic is such a fun store with tons of house wears, clothing, furniture, signs, and whacky vintage goods. I happily got lost for over an hour looking around. It’s right on Hawthorne near other little shops. Worth checking out.

I really like this place. It seems the owner is particularly fascinated with medical glass and military items. Rotation of pieces is fairly frequent here so if you see something it’s best to snag it for yourself. Bartering is not much of an option so expect firm prices. Prices sort of fluctuate between being reasonable and expensive. The place is organized and the owner is friendly and helpful. She’s a character but who wouldn’t be with all that creativity. Stop in and have a look.
The only bummer about this place are the inconsistent hours but if I owned my own shop I imagine that’s how it would be. I guess I get it.

We love this place! You never know what kind of treasures you’ll find… mid century, industrial, art, furniture, décor, kitschy nick nacks and so much more. The owner has a great eye unique items. She LOVES what she does and it shows!

This is a nice sized space in a fantastic location. Their prices are competitive and fair. There was only one rack of clothing, since their focus seems to be more on Mid Century Modern housewares. The owner was sweet, attentive, knowledgable and seems to be a great fit for this neighborhood. I look forward to stopping in frequently to check out their rotating inventory.

Angelique is an amazing lady, her store is awesome, and very reasonably priced, she knows her stuff, and we have bought a lot of awesomeness from this place. She def. Has life long customers, with us! I think that this is one of the best antique stores in town, she has a great variety and great pricing! Id say if youre looking for something neat and weird this the place to go!!!

Not sure I would shop here — my friends and I stopped by after the Timbers game and the door was open but lights were off. We stepped in and immediately heard yelling and screaming from the back area with a lot of swearing. Needless to say we left. Every other time we walk by the woman I’m assuming the owner is outside puffing on a cigarette and on her phone. Never a hello and not very welcoming. Prices seem a bit high anyway from looking thru the window.

On first entry I quickly noticed how organized and spacious the shop was. Lots of airflow on a hot, 90 degree day like today! I feel like most of the stuff in the store are couches, tables, and chairs… although there were some articles of clothing and shoes. Definitely higher priced than I’m willing to pay for used goods, because let’s face it, I can find this stuff for half the price elsewhere. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, as there isn’t a ton of things to look at. But it was fun browsing anyway.

I super love this new vintage store! The best corner location on Burnside. They’ve only been open a couple weeks and there was a steady stream of people in there today. The owner is very personable and was making the rounds to make sure every customer was happy. She has a great story for almost every piece. I love shopping at these small businesses where I am appreciated rather than ignored. Some cool finds in this new hot spot.

Atomic energy fuels Angel the owner of this new place. She’s barely got things even set up and orange ‘60s chairs, wonderful retro hanging lamps and other stuff are flying out the door. Her background has been working at Lounge Lizard in Multnomah as well as Hawthorne so don’t expect anything less than stellar here. While I was there folks were circling all of the cool furniture until the music stopped. There’s clothing and jewelry as well as other accessories for your home. Great location for such a place as this, what fluff is made of.
