Asian Noodle

I eat here almost everyday after class. I usually get the chicken curry over sweet potato noodle. I’m a curry lover, and this is pretty tasty for only 6 dollars. The servings are pretty generous too. I definitely recommend if on campus.

Probably the simplest menu and means of preparation of all the food carts at PSU. Just check out the menu:
Grilled Chicken or Tofu over Rice
Grilled Chicken or Tofu over Green Salad
Grilled Chicken or Tofu over Pasta Noodle
You get the idea. I got grilled chicken over sweet potato noodle ($ 5.50). Everything is already cooked, so my order came rather instantly. As for the sweet potato noodles, I don’t think they were made out of sweet potatoes, but mixed with some shavings. Still okay. The chicken was really dry and she used scissors to cut it into strips. I think I’ll get tofu next time.
The dishes are simple, but you get them right away. I know I could’ve used this cart when I had only 10 minutes to get to my next class.
