Ashley Waters – Keller Williams

My wife and I don’t give top marks on reviews usually, but using Ashley Waters as our real estate agent can only be described as a five-​star experience.
She helped us to find our dream starter home in our preferred neighborhood. On a tight budget in a competitive market, we needed a real estate agent who was detail-​oriented, knew the area, and was completely dedicated to getting us something we loved.
When we found the house we wanted, Ashley moved quickly to put together an offer that ultimately secured our first house. The place was having some work done on it that had to be completed before we could close. She made it totally clear about the potential frustrations that could cause, and then proceeded to be our advocate throughout the renovation process. Between a buyer, seller, their agents, and a contractor, there is plenty of opportunity for communication issues and frustration. Ashley worked hard to mitigate any issues that arose. She poured hours of phone calls, house visits and legwork into a starter home transaction. That’s not exactly the most lucrative deal for an agent, but she treated us like we were buying a mansion. When we did close, Ashley delivered the key to our first home. After the home buying process and all the work she put in, it felt like the key delivery was our first time having a friend come over to visit the house.
We found a great place in a great neighborhood, and we were also able to find a fantastic real estate agent. When we need to find a new place, we know we will be in good hands again with Ashley.
