The only place in Connecticut to get decent water plants and fish. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. I think the prices for pond cleaning are reasonable and they do a great job. I’ve been buying water plants from them for 5 years and have not ever been disappointed. I also love their over the top pond displays at the Flower Show.

Poor service, overpriced and I even got yelled at when I brought up that they charged me for things I didn’t ask for them to do and products that I never received. Was even told to just do it myself next time.

They are the most helpful business if you need help taking care of your pond. I clean my own fish pond I figure how hard could it be well when done five hours later, I post on Facebook that the people that do this type of business for a living are worth ever bit of what they charge and more. They also have help me know how too use the proper balance of food and chemicals that the fish pond needs. Can’t get any better then that from a business.
