I have never in my life received such awful service. They forgot my food, never offered water nor napkins. Had the audacity to dismiss our requests and have an attitude while serving. I have never not tipped a waitress in my life until today 6÷12÷16 fuck y’all.

Worst restaurant experience! Food was cold. Hamburger came without menu-listed fixings, and when the manager came by, we told him. He said, «we’ll get that taken care of right away.» Nope. He, nor any wait staff, ever came back. In a nutshell, service was slow or non-existent, food was cold and not as menu described. Overall would have given no stars if that had been possible. Although once a favorite fall-back restaurant, we’ll never go back there again. My advice: Don’t bother.

I saw an ad about the new«Wood Fired Grill Seaks» at Applebee’s while I was scrolling through the Internet. Usually, all those unsolicited online ads are annoying, but this one about STEAKS got my attention. So, I went to Applebee’s and ordered a six ounce wood fire grilled top sirloin steak and chose a baked potato and steamed broccoli for my two sides. I was pleased to see broccoli, my favorite«superfood», as one of the options for side dishes. The steak was grilled to a perfect medium just as I had requested, and my waiter stood by when I first cut into it to make sure it was cooked the way I wanted. It was maybe not quite as tender as other top sirloins I’ve had, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was tough. The important thing is that it tasted all right. The service was super efficient. I was greeted by two separate hosts when I first stepped inside, and was seated right away. Also, my steak was brought to my table really quickly after I ordered.. .it took only about five minutes. My overall impression was: good service, good food, and good value. Sure, I know that there are better steaks available at other places, but this was totally satisfying for $ 12.99. Besides, there are places where a HAMBURGER could cost that much, and for the same amount of money, I’d rather get this steak at Applebee’s.

This Applebees has some of the best people in the kitchen of most any Applebees. They have recently upgraded their menu add, a half rack of ribs and lots of grilled options. We enjoyed a 2 for $ 25 tonight and were very impressed with the quality of food and the management. Huge improvement for this local neighborhood favorite! Cheers and Enjoy!

Family lunch that was fun because I was with my family. The waitress was cool and attentative. My Margrita was straight juice, no liquor and a separate shot was pretty steep. I get it, its lunch and you dont want me getting plastered. Hey! Not your call Applebees, LOL. The buffalo wings were drenched down in buffalo sauce. Kind of like a buffalo chicken soup. Kids meals were ass cheeks! I know you get what you pay for … know this Applebee’s if it wasn’t for my kids liking your food, I wouldn’t glance at the resturant.

First off I want to say this review is in no way reflective of the front of the house staff. They were kind and gracious, especially when faced with what this one star review I’d about… the kitchen at this location. As someone from the food industry, I tend to scarcely review places unless it’s s situation like this… My wife ordered a medium steak. It came out tougher than leather. Our waitress took one look at it and said she would have the kitchen make another one. She returned promptly with a new plate, and told us the kitchen assured us it was perfectly medium. This steak was raw. Purple flesh raw that they poured hot liquid(the sauce for the dish) over to hide the cook level. That wasn’t the worst part… The plate had grains on it that tasted of rancid and sour, with a strong flavor of mold. I only write this in hope that they will clean up their act. The dish my wife was served could have made her sick. This kitchen is a public health threat.

My husband and I are not usual chain restaurant eaters. We prefer the unusual and mom-and-pop kind of places. However after having our taxes done I wasn’t in the mood for any of those so I made the off-the-wall suggestion of going to Applebee’s. Our food was fabulous. I had a few leftovers the next night that I was lamenting I didn’t have more. I had the four cheese mac and cheese with chicken tenders. My husband had the lime chicken. We both loved what we had and the taste we had of each others. The wait staff was extremely friendly and patient. I even had a nice conversation with a waitress that was not ours in the bathroom. And yes she washed her hands and even wiped down the counter for me because it was all wet. We enjoyed everything about our evening and we’ll go back.

A week ago I ordered a steak, it was sooo chewy I couldn’t eat it. So one manager said there would be a gift card waiting for me in a week. So a week later, today, I order more food from work. I get here to pick up food and gift card and they didn’t put my order in because they didn’t know if I had the money to pay for food. Are you fucking serious right now!!! I left work for this bull shit. So pissed and NOT coming back to this location. Oh and to add, the Hispanic manager who told me they declined my order, was so rude to me!!!

This review almost got a one star. But I did have a slightly better experience last visit, on my first visit. This time though, we waited 10 minutes for our waters. It is a Tuesday night, 9PM, and NOT busy. The waiter had to be flagged down by us. He asked us if he could do anything for us, when there is nothing on our table but menus. There wasn’t even waters on the table. Hmm… how about some service??? I don’t come here often, but this short experience didn’t help convince me to return.

I always enjoyed coming here. I must have picked the wrong night. Everyone seemed so rushed and tired. It took 15 minutes to get my long island ice tea and my friend to get her beer. It didn’t seem like there was a lot of drink order going to the bar since we were the only 2 people that had sat down in the last 20 minutes. My fries came out really mushy and ribs were burnt. Normally I would say something but after looking at people’s faces, I didn’t want to bother. We just finished out drink, paid and left.

1. Service was excellent. 2. Restroom is clean. 3. Good environment, good view, I asked for the window, she gave it to me. 4. We both ordered the full baby back ribs, fries & cole slaw. Everything good! I felt all the staff there are very friendly and cozy environment.

Our experience tonight at dinner was less than stellar. The staff all seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but the restaurant. When I first arrived we stood at the front entrance for more than 5 minutes without a response from the staff. When the server arrived she rushed us through our order so she could get to other more important things. When she brought our order she forgot my son’s drink. We were able to get his drink 15 minutes later after she returned from her break. She never asked if we’d like bottomless fries or if we needed drink refills. To top off our meal we never received our check. We opted to pay at the table, leave this location, and never return again. On the way two employees were standing by the door gossiping and didn’t even bother to say«Have a good night» or acknowledge we were leaving the restaurant.

Had a good dinner here tonight, however, apparently there was a «mix up» in the kitchen which greatly slowed our order. Sat for 40 minutes before our dinner was completely served. I try not to say anything about poor service but I had to ask our waitress what the delay was, we sat and other people received food before we did and had been seated 10 – 15 minutes after us. Our server apologized and said there were kitchen issues and she would send the manager over. When the manager, who was very nice, came by, she greatly apologized and made no excuses but did say the kitchen was not running smoothly. She said dinner was taken care of for all of our meal which was way more than we expected. Of course after the long wait we were very pleased. I would have been happy to have a discounted meal so this was exceptional. So, shody service from the kitchen, however it was somewhat worth the wait. I greatly enjoyed my meal, if it had been prompt I would have given 5 stars. Hopefully it was a one time thing. That said, the waitress and manager were excellent, the waitress especially because she was having to deal with the kitchen issues.

First of all I would like to say that I’m not a fan of giving negative reviews and when it comes to a bad experience I try to look at all angles and possible reasons why I had a bad experience… so…after doing that I can honestly say there was no excuse or reason for my treatment and the behavior of the staff at this particular Applebee’s. It all started with my order of a steak, rare. First of all it was a week night around 9pm and by no means was the restaurant busy, there were more servers standing around than actually working. My meal took almost 50MINUTES to arrive at my table and when it did… the steak was well done, I immediately told the server(who was wonderful by the way) that I asked for rare and that the steak was overcooked. She took it back to the kitchen and I told my wife to go ahead and eat her meal… not exactly sure how long it took to get another steak but my wife was about half through her meal(and she’s a particularly slow eater) when I did… well done. Being someone who really doesn’t like to complain it pained me to have to tell the server once again the steak was WAY overcooked. She took it back to the kitchen again. My wife had finished her dinner by the time I received another steak and it was cold and the shrimp and parmesian topping looked as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and tasted horrible. At no point did I asked to be comped or said I would not pay for our meal but asked if I could please see a manager. This fellow named Jay came to the table, asked what the problem was with a ‘can you hurry up and leave’ tone to his voice. I told him that after 3 steaks I would not have ate a single one and that I understand issues arise and mistakes happen, just being polite and purely with the intent of bringing it to his attention. He immediately scoffed and said«well the difference between a rare steak and a well done steak is someone’s opinion and it sounds like your opinion is that no matter what we gave you it wasn’t going to be good enough» he followed that by saying that they are closing and it was time for us to leave. To be absolutely honest I was fuming on the inside but chose to bite my tongue, pay my $ 65 tab(for a dinner I didn’t eat) leaving a $ 10 tip for my server(since she was wonderful and I felt bad she had to go through this) and went home. I have been fuming for weeks and now I just have to say, the manager at this particular Applebee’s(Jay) is the absolute least professional, unbelievable excuse for a restaurant manager I have EVER come across. I will NEVER return to this Applebee’s again!!!

This review is for the Applebee’s off of 102nd behind Fred Meyer’s I was there yesterday ordered for mac & cheese with chicken strips on the dish came out it’s more like an appetizer for us close to $ 13 the portion is really small and there’s not enough chicken I left feeling like I was still waiting for my entrée in my opinion Applebee’s has turned into such a bro fest that their menu needs to be. Changed it seems if you’re not trying to show up for happy hour and get completely plastered that this is not the spot for food anymore

Hello. My mom and I often come in to have a delicious meal. The service has always been great until today. My Maitre D refused me service by not allowing me to sit at the round table booth when I asked. He said«That is for larger parties» and back talked me. I was offended, but then I was even more upset when I saw that he then let a group of 4(the same number of people as my group) sit there. What the heck? I am not one to be easily upset, but this ruined my night and my love for Applebee’s. But it’s not over. I alerted the Maitre D of this issue and he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and continued to say«Just know it wasn’t me.» Whatever that means. And not let’s leave this detail out, we got no silverware at any point throughout the meal. I expect better from a booming franchise. I must confess that their triple chocolate meltdown is some heat. Not a valid excuse, though.

We wanted steak, and Applebees was right down the street so we popped in. It was actually quite good for a $ 10 steak! The gentleman at the table behind us must not have had as much luck because I overheard him sending his back for being gristly. Honestly, the food was fine, but the service was weird. Our waiter kept touching our arms when talking to us. At one point he came back to check on us and made some comment about how I must have liked my food because I’d eaten a lot of it. NOTETOWAITSTAFF: don’t comment on how much or how little someone has eaten! For people recovering from disordered eating it is very upsetting. I had eaten about half my food but at that point and shared some with my sister, but at that point I couldn’t eat any more of it. Really annoying way to end a meal.

Went in tonight for a mommy daughter date, normally, I’m not a big fan of Applebee’s, but I had gotten a gift card for the holidays. The first hostess told us to give her a minute, the second lady came up and was very nice. Talked with my daughter, good attitude. Our server, Ryan, was great. Funny, helpful and full of bounce. I ordered chicken strips, they were great. My daughter ordered the pizza bread and I wouldn’t recommend. Just sauce, cheese and more bread. My daughter ended up eating most of my dinner. She got dessert and Ryan again was very helpful. Also, as I was eating, I noticed every other server was very attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would have given Ryan a bigger tip, but I only brought $ 5. Great service. Management needs to take notice of that guy!

thought I would try the All You Can Eat Cross Cut Ribs because they looked delicious on the TV commercial. Well kudos to the videographer. He made them look good. They in my opinion, and that is what Unilocal is all about, were awful. They were breaded and fried. Ribs?! The meat was over cooked and minimal on the bone. The breading was a paste like goo. So not impressed. All you can eat wasn’t until I was full it was how much I could choke down. The waitress was sweet as could be. Extra friendly and very attentive. I do think she was coached on how to ask if you wanted more ribs. The question was alway with a tone like no you don’t. Over all I like Applebee’s and I don’t discourage you from going there. I only warn you that the cross cut ribs are disgusting. Try the fresh made soft pretzels instead. Yum!
