I would never hire somebody that charges a deposit for an estimate, that is ridiculous!
Specially when there’s better companies out there that are glad to come and give you a quote for free.

I highly recommend never, EVER giving this man your business. He was unprofessional, inconsistent, and clearly tries to take advantage of his customers. We hired him to fix a leak in our roof, which he claimed was no problem. $ 900 later the roof still leaks the exact same amount and Chad couldn’t care less. Instead he starts sending us arrogant defensive emails like the ones referenced by other reviewers and tries to give us a lecture on how to make a profit. Stay away — this guy is a creep.

Chad is very good. I called one rainy day, and he showed up, fixed our problem. Delivers what he promises and that’s not easy to find. We’ve relied on his work many times and are pleased with the quality and the service.

I just had the wood on my house stained/​protected by Chad and his crew — and they were awesome! I actually created this Unilocal account just to write a review for them.
Seriously, we could not be more happy with the results and the whole crew’s professionalism. I’ll certainly be calling Chad up again in 3 years to re-​apply, and I would definitely recommend using him for staining/​wood protection jobs.

I hired Chad to clean my gutters and I will never do that again. I highly recommend avoiding his companies, the Portland Roofers and Americhoice LLC. This guy is a scammer. I hired him to clean my gutters and called him back when I noticed my downspouts leaking. He sent out some dude with no credentials to clean my gutter and never inspected or saw the work. I asked Chad if he could realign my downspout as his worker completed the work 2 weeks prior. Chad said it would cost me an additional $ 150. I asked about his guarantee and he started cussing at me and accusing him of plugging my downspout and damaging my gutters. He then offered me $ 1000.00 to fight him without any litigation. This guy is a joke… I filed a complaint with the BBB, CCB, and will never recommend this guy for anything. His CCB license isn’t even in his name. Buyer Beware!!!
