Kip and All American concrete did a fantastic and very reasonable job excavating a bunch of 100 year old concrete in our backyard, and pouring a new patio. Read all the reviews, even the «not recommended» reviews below which Unilocal for some reason hides. They are all glowing reviews.
From day 1, which for me is the day I call to get a quote, Kip and his team were awesome. He showed up to quote exactly when he said he would be here, the quote was very reasonable and after I selected him he was very easy to work with. We wanted a special type of finish and he nailed it (a sand acid etch look). We also asked for a «modern looking floating concrete step». I showed him a picture of one and he had never done that before (you can’t see how it is suspended), but he was confident he could do it, and he did.
His team was great, they showed up when they said they would which is rare, and kept the place clean over the few days they came and went. They cleaned the street so well even my neighbor said «I was worried when they were bringing in all that gravel, but they left it cleaner than when they showed up».
I will have them back in a couple years to redo my driveway, no questions asked.
