I have not lived here but I have a friend that does. The complex is a little run down. Stairwells are kind of dirty, handrails, a little loose, a few lights burnt out, etc.
My friends two bedroom apartment is pretty good sized, it has newer carpet and appliances. The balconies are HUGE, but the windows are single pane aluminum framed, so there is no way to keep the heat in or bugs out.
