As a small business newcomer to the social media world, I am one tick above clueless when it comes to getting started. This morning, I met Albert and saw his work through an on-​line webinar he does for Constant Contact. He helped me understand about how to use plug-​ins and autoresponders for my new Word Press site. I really appreciated his expertise and that he is so patient to the newly initiated. This is the way the world is turning now — right on top of social media. Albert makes it easy to understand and implement. After the webinar, I will be looking for his classroom training where I can get even more knowledge.

As a business owner, I am constantly being told that _​_​_​ (it seems to change every week or so) is the next great thing in marketing. Frankly, I’m too new at this to separate the wheat from the chaff. Enter Albert! I think of him as my spotlight that allows me to ignore the periphery and focus on what’s really important to grow my business. Albert explains things clearly, has a ton of tools up his proverbial sleeve, and actually cares about my business. He is conscientious of my budget and exceptionally easy to work with and talk to. He helped me set myself up in Constant Contact and produce a great newsletter, and also streamline my social networking, all of which I desperately needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to grow or simplify a business — he’s a lifesaver!

Although I already have a thriving business as a psychotherapist, I’ve been overwhelmed with the tasks of expanding into offering workshops and trainings, as they require a very different skill set for promotion and logistics. I contacted Albert and within minutes of sitting down with him felt calmer and in good hands. He’s clear, articulate and quickly honed in on what steps I could take and how to put them in the right order. He offered me a number of technology resources that were on the mark, and also suggested some resources in the community. I appreciated that he was up front about his own economic relationship with them, as well as how good a fit they might (or might not) be with me. While the world around us supports an atmosphere of scarcity and competition, he offers a philosophy of mutuality and well-​being for all. Its a pleasure to work with someone this positive, supportive and resourceful!

I’m such a neophyte as far as technology and social media goes. Albert has helped me get a better understanding of my email newsletter and it’s fit into the bigger picture that drives my online presence. He’s a skilled craftsman in an industry that tries to sell you anything and everything. But Albert takes a consultative approach and helps to sort through the noise and gets you focused on the things that make a difference. And he’s such an uplifting presence as well!
