Villas At Valley Ranch Apartments

I lived here with my gf for just over a year, May 2014 to August 2015, and we loved it. Parking on the east side of the complex can be limited but that’s been an issue at every apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Monthly rental of an assigned parking spot or garage is cheaper than most other places. The complex is fairly new and modern and the pool is kept clean and has a nice sitting area with grills that are free to use. Any maintenance requests we had were handled in a timely manner and the management was always very approachable. Andrew in the leasing office was the most helpful of all the staff. He showed us the apartment when we first moved in and remembered us by name when we saw him around the complex from time to time. He even went out of his way (met me on his day off) to help me when I managed to lock myself out of my own garage. Overall it’s a great place to live in the outskirts of a nice growing neighborhood and close to schools a park and a convenience store.
