I just moved in a few days ago. The house was pretty dirty and the carpet looked decent, but smelled like dog pee. So far, our experience with homespot has been good. They came the next day to clean the carpets and fixed everything else that was on our list. They seem to have great customer service and the maintence guy was very nice. I think we made the right decision by choosing to rent from them. Rent is a little higher than I wanted, but knowing that things will be fixed in a timely matter makes it worth paying more. Also, if you are military, I would highly recommend the Portales area vs.Clovis.The houses are in better condition. You will see lol
