Every time I’ve come here I’ve felt cold customer service. Kinda odd the employees would be this way at a child’s clothing consignment shop, of all stores. Once upon a child is the same way. I stick to garage sales and mom to mom sales now.

Every time we go here, we find cute stuff that is not too worn out and is reasonably priced! They have great sales sometimes, too. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff is never really friendly.

I don’t generally write reviews but when I saw the other reviews, I really felt the need to chime in. I have shopped and consigned at this store for quite awhile now and have always been VERY impressed with the owner. There is always a friendly greeting when I walk in and everyone seems very eager to help. In fact, one time I had called to ask about dance shoes for my daughter and the employee took a picture of both sets of shoes and texted it to me so I could see them because I wasn’t able to get in there right away! I would say that is TOP NOTCH customer service! Give this store a try, you will be pleasantly surprised!

They have a decent selection of clothing, some of which though I find way overpriced for consignment. But the real downfall of this place is their customer service, or lack there of. I always feel like I am bothering them when I need service or to checkout, as if I am inconveniencing them somehow.

I had one good experience consigning here, but as a shopper, I find their prices a little high and overall quality a little low. Nice presentation, though, and decent customer service. But I miss Kopy Cat Kids!

1 star rating is not fair from previous reviewer. So they had a bad day or seemed rude… seriously! They have a great store and best used clothing selection around. Cut them a break and give them a 3, not a 1. Ridiculous.

Simply the best selection of baby clothes and items around. The reason for the low rating? I didn’t think the items were as high quality as they could’ve been, but primarily it was the service with a scowl. They had plenty of employees working but they were all heavily tattooed rude women. They were doing me a favor by allowing me to buy an item from their store. I’m thinking of returning the item because I was so upset by the way I was treated. So in conclusion, great selection but expect the employees to be of no help to you whatsoever.
