This place is lacking in customer service. Went into store at about 5:10pm. There were 2 sales people. The young man was helping a gentleman and the girl clerk was on the floor behind a display case. I asked if she could help me and she looked at me funny and said I’m on the phone. I waited for a while and then she answered another call and proceeded to help them. I finally walked out of the store and no one seemed to care in the least. Doubt I will go back. This day in age with all of the online ordering out there you would think brick and mortar stores would care more about their customers.

I am not a «hobby» person– I don’t build airplanes, I don’t race RC cars, I don’t drive go-​carts. However, my dad, who flies model airplanes, found this place when he was visiting us. He took my boys here, and we’ve been hooked ever since. We don’t come to buy or even browse; we come to drive RC cars!
For $ 10, you can rent their cars and head to the back of the store, where there is a huge track. My kids race and race until the batteries run out… and then sometimes the store lets us use a replacement battery without charging us, so they race some more. It is super fun, and it saves me from having to buy them their own RC cars! They also offer punch cards so your 11th visit is free.
