Empire Chinese Buffet

Very nice and clean owners are cool and place is clean, bathroom are nice and the full bar is awesome.

It’s a Chinese Buffett! But as far as Chinese Buffett’s in Kalamazoo go the food here average.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I went on a Sunday and I should have turned around because there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. That really should tell you something. The food was not good at all. It looked like some of the selections had been sitting for a few hours. I avoided those at all cost. No one came out and replenished those items. The staff was very unattentive. No one came to fill our drinks or take the plates away until I had to track down one of the servers. I will NOT be coming back here to dine. Please stay away. I hope their staff reads these reviews because with a few adjustments maybe they can turn the place around and stay in business. Customer service and Good Fresh Food are everything!!!
