Salon Delucca

I am over the moon with my hair color and cut. I had a last minute request to schedule and was able to meet Dawn. Her color analysis and correction surpassed any I have had in the past (and I have had many as a consequence of frequent moves and living abroad).
An unexpected beacon of fashion style and solid craftsmanship. The salon was impeccable, clean and oozed creativity.

David is the best stylist ever. He has been doing my hair for nearly 18 yrs. We still get to have him work his magic when he comes to the Bay Area, so we haven’t had to find s replacement. He styles myself and my daughters and we don’t go to anyone else! Enjoy having our SF transplant!

David is brilliant. My hair had been chopped up (at another Port Townsend salon) and looked to be beyond repair. I was hoping for just a decent cut. He worked magic by making my hair not only presentable but lovely. The cut he gave me is one of the best in my long life. He listens. He’s kind. He’s careful. He understands. He’s creative. He’s a professional. He knows hair and how to cut it!

I am new to Port Townsend and we all know it is hard to find a great stylist. I have been doing my hair dark brown with red and that is really scary because you don’t want to end up with «maroon» or «orange». I looked on Unilocal and there is not a lot of reviews so I decided to just go for it with Salon Delucca as they seemed to me to have the most passion about hair and makeup based on what is available on Unilocal.I got an appointment with David who is available in the evening and is new to Port Townsend and hence the salon. David is great! He is friendly and more importantly gave me the perfect «red» color without me knowing previous product line etc. I will be back to David for sure.

I really dread haircuts, so when I finally got the courage to make an appointment it was a really big deal. Called Salon Delucca after a recommendation from a friend, and David was able to schedule me in for a next day appointment with him!
David listened to all my concerns about wanting to keep the feel of my very long hair while taking enough off to get layers and a refreshing new look! He used what was obviously a lot of experience and knowledge to give me options that would help me achieve the style. He was professional and put me at ease. He also paid close attention to detail during the cut, with great time management.
The whole staff was friendly and involved. I came in nervous and prepared for the post cut regret. I left relaxed and overjoyed with the cut that fit me better than I would have imagined!
Great atmosphere! Great cut!
