Fremin’s I G A Foodliner Grocr

So I drove from Marrero to the humble hamlet that is called Port Sulphur, in search for the fabled Fremin’s hot sausage. Not Fremin like in the movie Dune, they pronounce here as «Free-​mens»
After an hour drive, there it is, rebuilt again grocery store Fremins.
So I walk in, even a smaller store than Balestras up the road, like a lot smaller but packed to the ceiling with stuff. I walk very fast to the back by the butcher area, first thing I didn’t notice was a meat counter like at most stores. Hmmm. So im looking around at the selection and boom! there it is. though only labeled as Hot Sausage. But right next to it, a bright red one labeled «Who Dat» Hmmmm.
So I bought a few packs or each, brought it to my BILs house in Terrytown, or as we call it, T-​Town, and did some grilling real quick like.
WellI gotta say, as far as scoville heat index readings, its good, way better than anything I have had before, that is until I had the Extra Hot from Balestra’s,. That shit is still the hottest. Though this Fremin’s hot and Who Dat, can stand on their own with no problem. Not as hot but the flavor is there.
I give this place a solid second on the wank till I find out of another… though I heard a rumor that there is a place in Thibodeaux that has something that makes both of these fine hot sausage makers to shame…
I don’t know nothing about scoville heat stuff, just always wanted to type that hehe
Also the location on the map for Unilocal is incorrect, street address is right but the pin was dropped in wrong place.
