Comcast Service Center

I’ve always disliked Comcast but had no choice to go with them when I moved to PSL, the complex I live in has Comcast. The service is awful, wifi goes out all the time and it’s very expensive for what you get. Completely dissatisfied!!! Then recently they have all kinds of commercials in Spanish… ugh. This is America and I’m watching English speaking channels!!! This is outrageous. I’m tired of paying to listen to commercials in a language I don’t speak. If i wanted my tv in Spanish I would tune into those stations… but I don’t!!! I speak English, live in a country where the native language is still English and pay a lot per month for television… I expect it to be in English on English speaking stations !!!

After moving from PB to PSL I had to swap out some boxes, the service was outstanding, this isnt tech support. This is a pay your bill, swap out your inop boxes, office. I thought the reps here did an outstanding job considering the waves of angry customers they encounter. Like I said they can only do so much from this office and they do it in a professional manner.

After49 minutes on hold with toll free line to discuss a tech issue with someone I finally just hung up. That is a wasted hour.

i am writing this in caps because this company only hires idiots!!! we returned all of our equipment to this office on 11÷19÷14. and i have the receipt to show. we keep getting emails and phone calls that we did not return the tele modem. today was another one. we are emailing the receipt to the head of this miserable group… totally run by morons, when i am through here. i called them today, and the woman on the phone hung up on me!!! please… if you are deciding on which cable company to use… do not use comcast. if you do go with them… better stock up on wine… you will need it… i promise.

Some of the worst customer service ever. Sucks that they have a monopoly here.
Their high speed Internet serveice has not been working ever since it was installed (drops every 2 – 3 minutes), they are just taking advantage of my parents that are old and don’t know better. Called to set up an appointment, they scheduled it and they never showed up.
Try 1:
Called back, waited for 10 minutes to speak with someone that said they would annotate our conversation and have dispatch office call us within 45 minutes and have a technician show up the same day guarantee. NEVER HAPPENED!
Try 2.
Called back, this time waited more than 15 minutes to speak with someone that said they would annotate our conversation and have dispatch office call us within 45 minutes and have a technician show up the same day guaranteed and that they were very sorry that it happened yet again. Sounded awfully familiar and yet again, the outcome was the same — it NEVER HAPPENED!
Next Day —
Given that the day had rolled over, the issue apparently was not an issue anymore. They want to set up for next week, that was their earliest available appointment. Fairly certain the idiots will not show again.
Way to go Comcast, good job taking advantage of elderly people that have no idea you are completely screwing them over. Useless, unethical monopolistic organization!!! I will be certain to set my parents up with direct TV.
