Staff is so rude! I have been in a couple of times and it’s always the same. I am buying too — not that it should make a difference!?!
There are plenty of other places to go and I, for one, will never go back.

Best Value J&P advertised on Craig’s List 2 Audio Technica turntables which were just what I was looking for. I only needed one. Upon inspecting the turntables neither one had the needle cartridge. Whatever employee took in the turntables neglected to figure this out. The price they wanted for these used turntables if they had included the necessary parts would have been an okay deal. But to have to buy the needle to use with these used turntables I could buy a new one for less. Not a good experience and I wasted a lot of time and gas to travel there.

These people our rude and they treat you as if your some loser off the street. These people our very unprofessional and really need to consider getting better customer service personal. So they wont have to worry about other clients experiencing the same experience as I did and continue to get reviews such as this one.
